How To Avoid Information Overload

If you've been struggling to build your internet home based business and jumping from one course to another trying to learn all things at once that only lead to frustration and action paralysis, well you are not alone. Because most beginners and intermediate online business owners do get frustrated due to information overload...

Let me ask you a question. If you are the ship captain and your port of destination is in Australia and you are departing  from US, you cannot expect to arrive in Australia in one day, agree? Not until you execute a series of plots in your navigation so you will arrive to your destination in the shortest, safest and most convenient route.

You are the captain of your own business. You start at point A. In order for your to arrive at your port of destination (your goal), you must learn first the How-To so that you will reach your desired destination (goal). There might be some storms and big waves that you might encounter as you navigate the sea, but this is just part of where we are going. The problem in most online marketers is that once they see a storm approaching, they either quit and go back to where they came from. And another issue is that after learning one course, they learn all the others in the hope that after all of these, everything will be in place. But the problem is, this is where most online marketers get frustrated. So how do you avoid information overload?

You have to sit back and start thinking about the big picture. Focus on where you want to go.

1.) Study and master one marketing method that you like most. (Build your list)
2.) Learn copywriting. (Build relationship with your list)
3.) Sit back and relax. That's it.

Stop worrying about all the other courses out there. This will just lead you to action paralysis and information overload. Focus on one single marketing method that you enjoy most and learn copywriting.

And before you turn off your computer and end your day, be sure to write down a list of 5 things, 5 tasks that you want to accomplish the next day and be specific. Example would be to read at least 10 pages of the course that you just bought. That would be specific. Those list of tasks must be related to your goals. When you are finish with those 5 tasks, stop and relax... That's it. Hope this helps you on how to avoid information overload and make sure you check this out.
